What is the grace of God?
The grace of god is a gift that we do not deserve, there is nothing we have done nor that we can do to earn this favor.
Three times I pleaded with the Lord to take it away from me. But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, For my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my Weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 2 Corinthians 12:8-9
The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, Who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. John 1:14
But to each one of us grace has been given as Christ
Apportioned it. Ephesians 4:7
Do not be carried away by all kinds of strange teachings. It is good for our hearts to be strengthened by grace, Not by eating ceremonial foods, which is of no benefit to Those who do so. Hebrews 13:9
For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and
This is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God
Not by works, so that no one can boast. Ephesians 2:8-9

I walked all day and all night,
My soul was restless
I was worried with worldly concerns
Troubled with the incertitude of the future
What was my soul to do?
My troubles were more than I can bear
I woke up to a reality that was hopeless

The grace of God comes from his love and this grace is one of his most wonderful gifts! Praise the name of the lord for he is pure love!

Jesus The Truth And The Way 
First, I would like to say how much I like the photo. Did you take it?
Then, I would just say thanks for compiling these verses on Grace. It certainly is a beautiful thing. The Gospel would not be the Gospel without it. Without Grace and without Truth, both of which were complete in Christ Jesus, it is hard to say where the world would be today, assuming it would be at all.

I agree with your thought, without Jesus coming on earth the grace of God will not have been complete. Because of him we got reunited with God and this gave us the Holy Spirit on earth. Most people do not understand what the Holy Spirit is, but the concept is not hard. It is the peace that we got because we were reunited with God, it is the grace of God, because of Jesus we were able to get this grace and peace.
