The lies of the Devil

The world is full of demons, who are also known as evil spirits.  These demons do not want humans to know that they exist. But in reality, there are thousands of them on earth surrounding us all.  They obey and follow the commands of their leader, the devil.  They spread hatred and pain, misery and sorrow to all humans.  They are incapable of loving anyone, they do not even know the meaning of love, so much so that they despise each other as well as their leader, the devil. But the only one they fear is God, for they know his true and almighty power.

You believe that God is one; you do well.
Even the demons believe—and shudder! James 2:19

They do not want people to know that they exist.  Why? Because when people know that there are demons on this earth, they will also believe in the existence of hell.  This knowledge will bring them fear of disobeying God and going to hell.  Therefore, people will start living their lives in God’s will and following his word in order to be worthy to enter the Kingdom of Heaven.

Be sober-minded; be watchful.
Your adversary the devil prowls around like a roaring lion,
seeking someone to devour. 1 Peter 5:8

Some people know that there is the presence of evil spirits, but they do not realize that they are getting fooled by them.  The devil is the biggest liar and deceiver.  He and his “workers” know each persons weakness and they know exactly how to manipulate you so that you fall into temptation and live a life of sin. The Devil can lie to you through any means possible; it can be with advertisement, from another person, an unclean thought, etc.  He will try to turn you against others and fill you with anger and resentment.  We as Christians need to be stronger than that and not allow him to succeed with his plans.  If you are holding any grudge against someone, you need to let go of that anger and forgive them, no matter how hard it is, and that will give you ultimate inner peace.  And by doing so, God will cleanse you of your sins.

Do not judge, and you will not be judged.
Do not condemn, and you will not be condemned.
Forgive, and you will be forgiven. Luke 6:37

If anyone upsets you, instead of screaming or getting mad at that person, stay calm and just say this in your head:

Jesus, I forgive them for what they did to me Please Bless this person and show him your salvation

By you not succumbing to the demons schemes, you will not allow them to win over you.  They will eventually give up once they see that you will no longer be fooled or tempted by them.

Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil,
And he will flee from you. James 4:7

God has given us the freedom of will.  Yes, the devil will do everything in his power to tempt us.  But it is OUR will to choose whether we will allow him to tempt us or not.  You must be wondering why anyone would allow the devil to tempt them…not many people would of course! But as the ultimate deceiver that he is, he we will unknowingly and unconsciously come into our lives and seduce us with anything we desire.  Once he has us fallen into sin, then it will be easier for him to continue this hold he has on us and it makes it harder for us to get out of that life of sin.

No temptation has overtaken you that is not common to man.
God is faithful, and he will not let you
Be tempted beyond your ability, but with the temptation
He will also provide the way of escape,
That you may be able to endure it. 1 Corinthians 10:13

God gave you free will for you to choose your path. Use it wisely and follow the path of righteousness! If you have any thoughts or questions, leave it in the comments.
